机床抗干扰接线措施
技术支持:
数控等离子弧切割系统的数控装置和伺服单元是系统的核心部分,电源是进入干扰的主要途径。电源的干扰主要是由阻抗耦合电源线产生的,各种大功率用电设备是主要的干扰源。
3.1电源进线用屏蔽线
电力线数控等离子弧切割系统。割炬的阴极线和等离子/弧弧线挂在滑动支架上,相当于走几十米的平行线和/弧线控制,割炬阴极线由等离子电源供电,割炬阴极的直流线电流100安培。它通过电磁干扰引起的数控装置和伺服单元的意志力耦合,产生电磁场和高频信号的高频引弧。
用铜铝作屏蔽电缆屏蔽层可以有效抑制高频电磁屏蔽的干扰,接地可以抑制静电感应芯线的场变化。
3.2电源滤波器的使用
电源滤波器是抗干扰中不可缺少的元件,高频和低频部分具有良好的抗干扰性能。使用应注意事项:
a) 过滤器应安装在导电金属表面,或通过地线和地线编织;
b) 位置滤波器应尽可能靠近入口处的电源线;
c) 滤波器输入输出最好使用屏蔽线或双绞线;
d) 避免输入输出线的相互耦合,绝对禁止输入输出线与屏蔽线捆绑使用。
